My name is Henrry Jones, I am currently
16 years old I was born in Birmingham, England and after 16 years of living in
Birmingham, I moved to Telford to go to college.
I am not a very religious person, I am atheist, but
I still respect everyone else and what they believe in.
My Hobbies
My first hobby is Boxing, when I was around 10, I
first went to a boxing club that was in my school, from then I picked it up
really fast and I'm still boxing now. I really enjoy boxing, not beating people
up but the technicality of boxing.
I also play some video games, I played them a lot during my time growing up but I don't play that many anymore.
I love to play pool and snooker, I am playing it
around December 2020 and I also have a pool table in my house.
Why I moved house
I moved from Birmingham to Telford in August of
2021 so that I could go to Telford college, and I also felt like it was better
for me. My mental health back in Birmingham wasn't very great so I decided that
I should move in with my stepdad because it felt like a fresh start for me.
Since moving, I feel a thousand times better than I would back in Birmingham.
Aspirations
I have not 100 percent decided on what I want to be
but I'm currently interested in becoming a software engineer, my brother is a
software engineer, and I always used to watch him code and make cool things. I
enjoy using computers and using my creativity to make things such as small
games.
I am also interested in becoming a professional
boxer because I know that I have potential to be good if I work hard. they can
pay good money if you are well known.
Food
I like a variety of food, not really a fan of
sprouts they can make me vomit but overall, my favorite food is pizza, very common
favorite food so I guess I'm no different to anyone else.
I do enjoy eating a lot of Chinese food, I a eat a
little bit of Indian food too, I like curry if it's not too hot that I'm dying.
Like most people I eat sweet, I try not
to eat them too much, but they can get very addicting sometimes.
Favorite Movie
I don't really watch too many movies, but I mainly
watch action movies, currently my favorite movie is Interstellar, It is really
interesting to me because I like space and it's all about finding a new plant
for humans to live on. the movie really gets your adrenaline going and really
triggers your emotions.
It fascinates me because everything in
the movie is theoretically possible according to science.
Mental Health
Overall, my mental health has always
been pretty bad and lockdown didn't help at all, I never finished school and
didn't do my GCSEs.
Around the time of lockdown, I ran away
from home for 2 days and then came back, I was at my lowest point of my life
during that time now that I have moved it has made me feel a lot better.
Lockdown
Life during lockdown was pretty much the same, I
didn't really go to school at all before lockdown, so it didn't take me long to
adjust.
People and my family panic bought a lot of toilet
paper and food in fear that everything would sell out.
We never went out at all after that I just stayed
in my room most of the time and played games.
